• Any cancellation before 30 days of the trip date, a 50% refund of the trip amount.

• Any cancellation in less than 30 days of the trip date, No Refund shall be granted.

• In No Show Case. No Refund shall be granted.

• Airfare is non refundable (If Included).

• For Partial Cancellation of travellers before 30 days of the trip date, No Refund shall be granted.

• In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Cancellations & Refunds for Flights

• Airline cancellation policy will be applicable.

TripHawker cancellation charges Rs 250/- per passenger per sector shall be applicable on the refund amount received from Airlines/Agent.
